Mobile Coupon is a successful mobile couponing system used in the Swiss retail market. SIX Payment Services offers the system as a value added service, in addition to Switzerland’s leading payment terminal solution.
Procedure
In 2012, mp technology was commissioned by SIX Payment Services to develop a concept and system architecture for connecting the SMS-based couponing solution to smartphone apps. At the same time, a user-centred design and the graphic design for an iPhone application were developed in cooperation with the company Zeix. The concept was commissioned for implementation. mp technology bore the overall responsibility for the architecture of the solution and the iPhone app «Mobile Coupon».
Mobile Coupon iPhone App
The Mobile Coupon iPhone App is a user-friendly marketing channel that informs users about the latest offers at any time via push messages and, by integrating Apple Passbook Passes, alerts users directly to offers near shops with coupons. All coupons are synced to the device and can be accessed at any time, even in shops with poor internet reception.
